What materials are your piercings made from?
We prioritize your health and safety by using only high-quality, biocompatible materials such as ASTM F-136 implant-grade titanium, 14k and 18k solid gold, and niobium.
How do I determine the correct size for my jewelry?
Jewelry sizing depends on the gauge (thickness) and length or diameter of the piece. We recommend checking our size guide or consulting with a professional piercer to ensure a perfect fit for your specific anatomy.
Can I return body jewelry if it doesn't fit?
For health and hygiene reasons, all body jewelry sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items once they have left our facility to ensure the safety of all our customers.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping times vary by destination.
Is your jewelry sold as pairs or single pieces?
Most of our threadless ends and clickers are sold individually (as single pieces) to allow for complete customization. Please check the product description for specific quantity details.
How should I clean and care for my new jewelry?
For healed piercings, clean your jewelry with mild, fragrance-free soap and warm water. For new piercings, we recommend using a sterile saline spray twice a day and avoiding harsh chemicals.
