Due to the intimate nature of body jewelry and strict health and safety regulations, Infinite Body Piercing can only accept returns on unworn, factory-sealed items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure your jewelry is inspected before breaking the heat-sealed packaging, as opened items are strictly non-returnable.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your jewelry is still in its original, unopened, and heat-sealed clear packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Package Your Item

  Securely pack the sealed jewelry in a padded mailer or box to prevent damage during transit, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Process

  Send your package via a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected by our team, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
